Milage 300 miles to Milton Keynes
Well I actually set off at last on Wednesday 21st July.
Because of packing problems I didn't get to leave Bingley until 14:00hrs, and then had to go to Clitheroe to pickup a Leatherman from Ken Varey's Outdoor Store which was a retirement gift from colleagues at JM.
Next step of the journey was to stop at Emma and Rob's in Milton Keynes before traveling on to London.
The weather was pretty good on the journey with only two significant showers, but the new Hein Gericke suit proved a match for the rain and I eventually arrived safe and dry.
Tomorrow plan to play golf with brother in law, then on to stay with friends in Brighton.
