Up early, no breakfast include in the price and they didn't look like they wanted to provide it either. Set tomtom for Bran the central tourist attraction of Dracula and Transylvania etc. Long ride 350km and estimated at 5.5 hrs. On outskirts of Cluj-Naboca I passed what at first looked to be a huge car boot sale, but as I approached realised it was a car sales area where I think individuals take their car to sell it. It looked like there were thousands of individual negotiations taking place.
No incidents on the road other than making sure I avoided other potential accidents as peopel overtake around me. A few time I was braking, giving myself space and thinking if the person in front of me doesn't make it when trying to overtake, there could be pieces of metal flying all over the place.
Arrived at Bran about 5pm. Campsite is a good one and has all the facilities you would want.
Set up camp and then went up into town to look at the castle etc. Had to fight my way through a maze of tourists and people selling tat outside.
Took photos of the castle and read up about it's history, then had a meal of chicken leg and roast potatoes, then on way back to the campsite came across a stall making pastry tubes. These are apparently a hungarian speciality.
I chose the nut flavoured one and eat it walking back. A dog followed me for about 300 metres hoping I would give him some.
Met a dutch girl at the campsite, she was travelling on her own for another week and then meeting up with a friend in Bucharest.
